Education is today closely linked with employability. Knowledge is no longer an end by itself, how one uses it is of paramount importance. Yet, our traditional system of education is grossly inadequate in imparting practical solutions to the problem of employability. That is where private initiatives become critical.

India is booming; it is expected that in the next three decades India will be one of the top three economic super powers of the world. While most of the world is fast aging, India today has a large educated young population. Business is booming; economy is growing at an unprecedented rate. Jobs are getting created in thousands. Yet at the ground level, young aspirants find it difficult to start a well rewarding career. The mismatch between industry requirement and market availability is all too glaring to ignore.

This is where we intend to make a difference. We are a group from Siliguri in West Bengal with diverse background in Academics and Business. Over the last six years, we have developed successful models to answer the education requirement of the new era.

Our ventures include Siliguri Educare Pvt. Ltd, The NIS Academy, Options Career Consultancy and CASARIBE.

Options Career Consultancy is arguably the largest coaching class in Siliguri for Commerce, business and management students. We develop domain knowledge for more than 400 students every year.

The NIS Academy (Siliguri) is a management institute with a difference. At the NIS we offer MBA, BBA and other management related courses. The primary mode of delivery is classroom based training which is unique and proprietary to NIS Academy.

The Centre for Advanced Studies And Research In Business and Economics (CASARIBE) is a society where people from diverse academic background share ideas on business and economics. We also undertake highly specialized research projects.
