Siliguri Educare Pvt. Ltd. is a company formed under the companies act of 1956 to provide education solution to the lesser developed north eastern region of India. The company has also forayed into consulting in a major way. The Management of the company includes top professionals and academics in the field of commerce and business management.

The NIS Academy Siliguri Centre provides management classes including MBA, BBA, PGDAM and others. The centre is set up by the group in collaboration with The NIS Sparta Ltd. A Reliance Anil Dhirubhai Ambani Group company and a leading education and training company of India.

Options Career Consultancy provides coaching for CA, ICWA, M.Com, BBA, B.Com and other management, business and commerce courses. It is arguably the largest such coaching centre in Siliguri with student strength of about 500.

The Centre for Advanced Studies and Research In Business Economy and Society (CASRIBES) is a registered society (S/1L130508 of 2005-06). It is a non profit venture for undertaking a variety of activity in the field of Business and Social studies. The members of the society include university and college professors, working executives and entrepreneurs.

The Shrey Group is lead by Mr. Partha Guha and Ms. Babita Prasad. Together they have about three decades academic, research and business experience in the North East region.
