Thank you for visiting The NIS Academy website. The NIS Academy (Siliguri) was started very recently. Within a short period, it has already earned the distinction of being one of the leaders in management education in North Bengal. This has been possible due to the diligent hard work of the NIS Academy students, faculties and officials.
For anyone even remotely associated with the corporate world, it is well known that Indian corporate is today suffering from dearth of management talent. The demand supply mismatch is only too glaring and is increasing with every passing day. At the same time the number of unemployed job aspirants is ever increasing. The overwhelming theoretical orientation of our traditional education system churns out large number of degree holders every year who are not employable in the corporate. The primary objective of The NIS Academy is to make the aspirants employable by enhancing their skillset.
