by the placement division for pan India placements as students from across
the network are eligible for placements.
The Placement process at The NIS Academy includes grooming
sessions for students to enable them to prepare for interviews, giving
them details about the organization, skill set desired by the organization
and discussing the recruitment process to be adopted by the organization.
Organizations are invited to conduct campus interviews.
Based upon the requirement listed out by the organizations, first level
of screening is done by The NIS Academy to ensure the right-fit is presented
to the companies during campus placements.
Organizations start with a pre-placement talk, giving
the students details about the company, job openings, growth path and
more. This is followed by interested students submitting their profile
to appear for the campus interview. The campus interview process could
have series of round such as written test, group discussion, one-to-one
interview etc before students are short listed for a final meeting.
Subsequently, based upon the campus short listing, students
are required to appear for final interviews at the workplace of the organizations
and are then offered jobs by the organization based upon performance in
the final round. |
